    Sometimes it's difficult to understand the other person and spoken words just make it worse. Connect with your partner at an emotional level by expressing through the language of dance & expressive arts in a unique workshop by therapeutic movement facilitator and psychologist. We will be using contact imporv, tai-chi and low flying technique to help your discover more about each other.

    We experience the world through our body, yet we ignore it unless we are unwell or in pain. Let's learn to understand the signs of our body,  how our body communicates and expresses, learn techniques to relieve stress, enhance our senses and experience the world in a whole new way. 

  • CATHARTIC RELEASE OF EMOTIONS THROUGH DANCE

    We tame our emotions in everyday life, but overtime these unexpressed emotions pile up and create all sorts psychological & physical impact. In this experiential workshop you will learn to express & release these emotions in a safe way  through therapeutic movement.
