Psychotherapy is based on a collaborative professional relationship between the therapist and the client, aimed at helping the client achieve the objectives, set at the beginning of their healing journey.
Purpose of Therapy: Therapy offers a nurturing environment where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your therapist is here to listen attentively, understand deeply, and support you wholeheartedly as you embark on your healing journey and navigate life's challenges towards building a happier, more peaceful life.
Confidentiality: Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. Rest assured that everything discussed in therapy sessions remains strictly confidential between you and your therapist. Your trust is valued, and your information will never be shared without your explicit consent, except in situations:

In case of ongoing abuse

Where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Nature of Therapy Sessions: Each therapy session is an opportunity for you to engage in genuine, meaningful conversation with your therapist. It's a space where you can express yourself openly, in a judgement-free zone, while the therapist brings in their expertise, using different tools and therapeutic techniques to facilitate your journey. Together, you and your therapist will collaborate on identifying your goals, addressing challenges, develop effective strategies for personal growth and healing.
Expectations of Therapy: It's important to recognize that therapy is a collaborative process. While your therapist offers guidance and support, therapy is not about receiving all the answers or being told what to do. Instead, it's about fostering self-discovery, empowerment, and resilience. Your therapist is committed to creating a nurturing, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, uncover valuable insights, and find solutions to your challenges.
Therapeutic Relationship: It's a professional relationship with the intention to help you with your challenges and goals in therapy as well as to prioritize objectivity, and confidentiality. Therefore, the therapist will not be in any kind of social or other professional relationship with you. The therapist will not accept or initiate friend or contact requests on any social media platforms with clients. In a public space outside of our therapy sessions, the therapist won't approach you or greet you first to maintain the confidentiality of our therapeutic relationship, however, will always be open to interacting if you initiate contact.
Frequency and Duration of Sessions: Typically the duration of a therapy session is 1 hour; and frequency once per week helps most people to effectively progress in their growth journey. However each person's need & circumstance may vary hence the frequency and duration of sessions can be tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Together with your therapist, you'll determine a schedule that works best for you. The first session will be of 1.5 hrs which will be priced accordingly.
Session Charges: We offer two categories of therapists to suit your needs and preferences: Senior Therapist and Therapist.

All the sessions are prepaid. You can make payments online through the payments page or the payment link shared to you by the team, using your UPI as well as bank transfers.
