Cancellation & refunds policy

We understand that unexpected events may occur, impacting your ability to attend your scheduled appointments. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures to ensure fairness for both clients and BestInu.

 

Package Payments:

  • 24 Hours or More Notice: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to accommodate other clients. In this case, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your session without penalty.

  • Less Than 6 Hours Notice: With less than 6 hours' notice, a courtesy 0.5-hour deduction will be applied to your remaining package sessions.

  • Less Than 2 Hours Notice or No-Show: Cancellations within 2 hours of the session or no-shows will result in a 1-hour deduction from your remaining package sessions.

 

Individual Sessions (without Package):

  • 24 Hours or More Notice: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to accommodate other clients. In this case, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your session without penalty.

  • Less Than 6 Hours Notice: For cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Less Than 2 Hours Notice or No-Show: We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, for cancellations within 2 hours of the session or no-shows for individual sessions, you will be charged the full session fee.

 

Exceptions:

We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Here are some situations where we may waive cancellation fees:

  • Emergencies: Sudden illness, family emergencies, or bereavement. A maximum of three waivers are permitted per quarter.

  • First-Time Cancellation Within 2 Hours: We may waive the cancellation fee for first-time cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment at our discretion.

 

Please Note:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
